Q: My package has not arrived yet. When can I expect it?
A: All items are mailed out via US Post Office (USPS) First Class mail from Seattle. Shipments typically take 5-10 business days, depending on where you live.
We cannot be held responsible for an order once it leaves our hands, however, if you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please email us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
International shipping (outside the US) can take up to a month to arrive. If your package doesn't arrive in (at most) a months time, please email us.
Q: I placed an order on dd/mm/yy. Have you shipped it out yet?
A: We ship orders out within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We can ensure you that your package is/will be on the way.
Q: Why didn't I receive a tracking confirmation number?
A: We don’t offer tracking on our packages since we ship standard USPS. As we're trying to grow our company and expand our customer base we want to keep shipping costs to a minimum in order to attract new and returning customers. Our way of doing this is by providing the most basic and inexpensive shipping through USPS. This means your package won't have a tracking number.
If you need tracking for your order, please message us before you make your purchase and we can coordinate with you.
For international orders, shipping is a flat $5. International shipping (outside the US) can take up to a month to arrive. Unfortunately, we don't receive a tracking number for packages shipping outside the US, so if your package doesn't arrive in (at most) a months time, please email us.
Q: Do you issue refunds?
A: If you have any issues with your order feel free to contact us and we’ll make sure any issues, questions or problems are resolved in a very timely matter. We will issue refunds based on a case-by-case basis.
